Training Manual

During your one to three day training you will  learn how to repair stone breaks, drilling, long crack repair, marketing, talking with the customer and processing insurance claims.

You will also learn the fundamentals of adhesives and the stresses on the windshield. How and why the windshield breaks and cracks. Use of different chemicals per the repair and working temperatures.

You will do repairs on real customer vehicles beginning in the afternoon of your first day. Some people learn and are done in one day, most are done in two days. After training most people are very good repair technicians after they have done 20-30 repairs.
